Description: We are India (Karnataka) based looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for experienced provider for supply, installation, customization and implementation of software.
Scope:
1. Installation, customization and Configuration of Know Your Customer and Anti- Money Laundering Software.
2.Up gradation, supply and implementation of upgraded versions of software.
3.Rectification of bugs/ defects if any
4.Fine tuning of application and database
5.Maintenance of application and database
6.Re-installation of software / database whenever required
7.Data file format specifications for uploading the data to the application
8.Necessary training to the users for working on the application.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The EMD is 2,00,000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 3, 2010, 4:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
