Description: We are India (Bihar) based looking to outsource our requirement of Cad/Cam, Web and Software Development Service. We are looking for digitalization and web based software development service.
Scope:
1. Digitalization will include:
A. Digitalization of registration records:
- Digitalization of records after 2005
- To consolidate computerized registration data
- Efficient digitization of old records through scanning and indexing
- Database uploads on the centralized server
- Scanning of manual records
- Contents of the digitized documents should be an exact replica of the original documents
- The confidentiality of the data should be strictly maintained
- Scanning and indexing of pre computerized registration records
- The total number of pages to be scanned pages are around 47.5 lakh x 10 pages
- The total number of documents to be indexed are around 9.50 Lakh x 10 documents
2. Software Development:
B. Web based retrieval system:
- Storage of database
- Development of web based retrieval system
- Proper storage and back up of all the data digitized
- Generation of various MIS report as desired from time to time
- Secured online data upload on day-to-day basis
- Application software that must have following features:
a. Scanning
b. Indexing
c. Retrieval
d. Storage.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 7, 2010, 3:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
