Description: We are India (Delhi) based looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for management and financial accounting system.
Scope:
1. Solution must have all the following:
a. Financial Sanction Processes
b. Budget Preparation
c. Grant Distribution
d. Process of Bill Preparation and Payment
e. Preparation of Accounts with respect to Consolidation funds
f. Interface with authorized banks and RBI.
g. Processing of GPF, Pension and New Pension Scheme.
h. Uniform Payroll Package.
i. Financial monitoring of Schemes and all the Expenditure Tracking.
j. Formulation of Plan Schemes
2. System application development /customization on a periodic basis
3. Review content, methodology and pedagogy for user training.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 17, 2010, 3:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
