Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for transcription and digital recording system.
Scope:
1. Replacement of current transcription and digital recording system
2. Provide the improvements in transcription efficiency and functional scalability
3. Configure and implement the software solution in a timely and cost effective way
4. No disruption to current recording and transcription services
5. Ability to support multiple digital audio and/or video formats and the simultaneous recording of multiple sessions
6. Transcription of recordings must be able to create electronic notes or annotations while listening to live proceedings or previously recorded audio
7. Allow the user to update content with regard to the type of meeting or event
8. Ability to customize the size / length of the segments for transcription
9. Manage day-to-day operations and administration of the implemented solution
10. Manage the day-to-day operation and management of any servers required to support the implemented solution.
This is is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 26, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
