Description: We are US looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for data collection software from mobile.
Scope:
1. Software for collection of data from mobile.
2. Solution must be compact electronic system and portable
3. Solution must be easily installed in any vehicle
4. System must include a magnetic base antenna and the antenna chord
5. Solution must be intuitive, easy-to-use, dialog-based meter reading application
6. Capable of optimizing the memory storage space by filtering out the duplicate readings
7. Must have the option to provide found meter processing for new accounts
8. Must be capable of performing high/ low test on readings
9. Software interface must allow the user to select a single route to view the route status
10. Mobile data collection solution unit must allow a manual reading to be entered into the account record.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 24, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
