Description: We are India (Punjab) based looking to outsource our requirement of Web and Software Development Service. We are looking for implementation of application solution and website.
Scope:
1. Website Development:
a. To carry out study of department requirements related to the static and dynamic website development –Preparation of brief requirement document
b. Preparation of front and Child page design & their acceptance
c. Preparation of complete website with content creation including information, forms and reports of the concerned departments
d. Helping in hosting of website and domain registration
e. Assistance in website audit and removal of audit objections
f. Comprehensive Training of Employees for updation
g. Operational support for updation etc., if required
h. Final sign off
i. Change Management/Change Request.
j. Annual Maintenance and Operational support Contract, if required
2. Software Application Development:
a. Study of processes and services of department to be computerized -Preparation & signing of Software Requirement Specification(SRS)
b. Report on hardware and network capacity planning & sizing
c. Development & Deployment of various software modules- Service Provider must adhere to the standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
d. User Acceptance Test of modules
e. Data Migration
f. Assistance for software certifications if required by the department.
g. Handing over of user manual, technical manual & source code with documentation for the software developed
h. Comprehensive Training of Employees for developed software -Final sign off
i. Change Management/Change Request.
j. Annual Maintenance and Operational support Contract, if required etc.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 7, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
