Description: We are India (WB) based looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for preparation of card management system.
Scope:
1. Provision of pre-paid card management including back-end services
2. Solution must be highly parametrized for issuing of any pre-paid product
3. Solution must include functionalities like:
- Interchanging of accounts
- Exposure management
- Risk management tools
- Anti money laundering
- Reporting tools
4. Solution must have stand-in processing capabilities
5. Solution must support various transactions including key management, card verification, address verification
6. Must have system security functionality in terms of user authentication, audit trials and data back up
7. Must support standard messaging formats XML and ISO 8583
8. Capable of routing virtual card, message based electronic fund
transfer transactions
9. Must have multi-currency support apart from INR.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 3, 2010, 12:00 Noon by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
