Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Software development Service. We are looking for experienced service provider to upgrade ROR Code of application. We want service provider with ruby on rails experience to upgrade a Ruby on Rails application to the latest version. The project is a Knowledge Base stored in a PostgresSQL database that publishes information through a set of REST XML Web Services and has a simple back office for content edition. The current version runs on Linux with Rails 0.86 and was developed with "Instant Rails". We want service provider to upgrade to the latest RoR stable version. Preferable in the Aptana development environment for both Windows and Linux platforms.
Our estimated budget is less than 500 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact as soon as possible along with their quotes and experience.
