2. Embedding a culture of customer service excellence across the Council and with partners
3. Transforming the end to end customer experience by re-engineering services
4. Developing and using customer insight to shape the way we deliver services.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 1,150,000,00 GBP.
