Description: We are India (WB) based looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for Software Support and related services for management of our Subsidy Scheme.
Scope:
1. Subsidy management in regard to applications received for subsidy assistance
2. Processing of all the applications by way of data conversion through CD from the year 2009 and pending claims for the previous years in the system and preparation of Log sheet, Recommendation Sheet, Broad sheet, Sanction letter, Bank advice letter etc.
3. Generation of MIS and periodical progress reports
4. Generation of data on sale proceeds
5. Maintenance of data regarding volume, subsidy disbursement etc.
6. All the Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) of software package and data source code to be vested with us.
7. Maintenance and handling of all application files in subsidy Cell and retrieval and movement of such files from one processing stage to the other
8. Creation and maintenance of list of beneficiaries
9. A dedicated subsidy Cell has been created for accommodating the core team and is equipped with computers and telephone facilities
10. Stationery for scheme work will be provided by us
11. Service Provider may utilize the existing software which is already in our possession. However, the Cost of development of software if required for the scheme work will have to be borne by Service Provider. No separate cost for developing software will be paid by us.
12. Any other expenses incurred at our instance will be reimbursed on receipt of certified documents.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The EMD is 20,000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 18, 2010, 1:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
