Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development and Data Entry Service. We are looking for Electronic CMS and Imaging Service. The duration of the contract is 3 years with renewal for 1 year period.

Scope:
1. Provide imaging services and Electronic Content Management Application
2. Simplify and improve business processes
3. Improve document classification, storage and access
4. Recovery of documents in the event of disaster
5. Improve data capture from critical documents
6. Reduce or eliminate microfiche and future document storage costs
7. Provide services like: Imaging and Scanning, indexing, Paper Back file Conversion etc.
