Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for Development of CRM System. The duration of the contract is 1 year with four additional 1 year extensions.
Scope:
1. Provision of CRM system
2. System must be able to suppose multiple addresses and phone numbers
3. Ability to support SMS/text messaging and opt-in/opt-out indicators
4. Flexible and customizable identification of duplicate records
5. Ability to define, store and retrieve custom data elements and categories
6. Provide a query/filter tool available on all tabs/pages to search on multiple criteria.
This is a on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than January, 19, 2012 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
