Description : We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web and Software Development Service. We are looking for site and relationship management system.
Scope :
1. Implementation of a new customer relationship management system
2. Must be easily edited and updated by non-technical staff and volunteers
3. Web site redesign should result in templates and guidelines that can be transferred to or adapted for print materials
4. Integration of proposed web site redesign, the CMS, and the CRM with social media tools
5. Create navigation schemes that are intuitive and user friendly
6. Offer creative integration with social networking sites and tools
7. Provide an infrastructure which supports local and national programs through a calendar, event registration, and mapping
8. Streamline data-entry and improve business practices
9. Provide management data by tracking user activities, offering simple-to-use report functions
10. Providing new tools for connecting and displaying data
11. Site must have an attractive mix of text and graphics
12. Templates for e-newsletters, recruitment drives, action alerts, membership announcements, chapter event invitations, and program specific initiatives
13. Allow users to post news and events directly to their Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts
13. Streaming video and audio for national and chapter events.
This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than February, 19, 2010, 5:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
