Description: We are India (Jammu-Kashmir) based looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for development of double entry accounting system.
Scope:
1. Conversion of single entry accounting system into double entry system on accrual basis
2. Entire financial transactions and management must be carried out through centralized computerized financial system
3. Preparation of accounting records, statements, vouchers etc must be done manually
4. Study and analysis of existing accounting system
5. Design of Accrual Based Double Entry System of Accounting
6. Preparation of Accounts Manual with complete forms
7. Suggesting the Accounting Policies to be adopted
8. Formats of Financial Statements and Voucher Formats in New System
9. Preparation of Opening Balance Sheet
10. Preparation of Financial Accounts Statement
11. Entry of Accounts Records.
