Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web and Software Development Service. We are looking for graphic design of website and CMS.
Scope:
1. We need a custom built, web-based solution that will increase the efficiency of efforts to manage information, streamline processes.
2. The provider of this solution must redesign the current department website as well as design and implement a content management system which provides the owner the ability to manage the entire content.
3. The provider must also design and implement an interface for the intersection of these components and existing external third party systems such as a facility management system (FMS), point of sale (POS), digital signage and event management.
4. The solution should have an easy-to-operate back-end management system which permits the client user to customize the system as the environment and departmental needs change.
5. The contract period shall be mutually agreed upon between us and the contractor prior to contract award.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than December, 29, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
