Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for Development of Records Management System.
Scope:
1. Software must be developed in a language supplied by Microsoft®,
such as Visual Basic, .NET, C++, etc
2. software must have a relational database management structure, with all databases in Microsoft SQL
3. Provide proof that the proposed application software system is in operation at multiple sites using Windows XP/7
4. Ability to view all open events at any position
5. System shall be capable of having a large screen wall display that show unit and call status
6. The event record must track the source of the call automatically.
7. System shall support the generation of multiple agency events for a single call entry
8. System should include features that will allow for entry of certain types of update information commonly input.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 2, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
