Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for Application of Document Management.
Scope:
1. System must be capable of providing centralized document management services for corporate applications
2. Claims interface: This will allow retrieval of a document list pertaining to claim number and allow all standard capabilities
3. Electronic conversion: The electronic documents scanned
4. Paper conversion: This will be no conversion of existing paper record
5. Provision of software for document management for 35 concurrent users
6. Software must support fax integration with document management
7. Conversion of current scanned documents to document management system
8. Develop a list of required meta data for each document type.
This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 30, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
