Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for asset management and automation system.
Scope:
1. System must be capable of cataloging, indexing, searching and archiving various formats of video and graphics
2. System must support the scheduling, recording and playout of these same media files
3.The required features can be broken down into 5 main areas as seen below:
a. Media Ingest
b. Media Scheduling and Playout “Broadcast Automation”
c. Media Asset Management
d. Media Editing
e. Future Capability to Support Media Archiving.
4. Media ingest - This tool must allow for the recording of both Standard and High Definition formats
5. Cut/copy-paste and drag-and-drop schedule editing
6. Schedule should generate As-Run Logs
7. The application must be able to generate low-res video/audio proxies from various video formats
8. The application must allow for the future integration of an archive module capable of archiving restoring and managing all footage.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 150,000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than February, 2, 2011 by courier, post or email.
