Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for development of online application and database.
Scope:
1. Users must create organization accounts, add building info and able to give other users access to data and functionality based on a variety of access levels
2. System will have the ability to transfer data with existing applications
3. Generate reports for the entire program and for individual buildings, organizations or other groupings
4. Edit drop-down menus
5. Edit look-up tables (e.g. table of conversion factors)
6. Edit online system text and image content where appropriate
7. Export information in MS Excel format
8. System will also need to provide for legacy data loading.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than January, 28, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
